Location: Heritage Hall, Oklahoma
    In a display of determination and athletic talent, the OCS cross country team showcased their perseverance at the recent meet held at Heritage Hall. With great success, three girls and two boys placed in the top fifteen, contributing to the team's success that sets them up nicely for regionals.
    The girls secured an impressive second place overall, and the boys weren't far behind, securing third place. Logan Austin, a junior at OCS, said, "I was really impressed by how the girls did [at Heritage Hall]. Two of our girls finished top three." Both teams showed outstanding teamwork and skill, leaving a lasting impression on spectators and competitors.
    Several team members achieved new personal records, showing off their dedication and hard work in their training.
   Mia Chesley, noted, "The Heritage Hall meet was great for us. Even though it wasn't a 5A meet, we had a ton of people PR." Mia's strong opinion on this meet brings excitement for the future of the team and its contribution to their season.
