The Oklahoma Christian School Saints middle school track team has been full of excitement this year. The Saints team has a record number of participants. So many people have joined the team that they are struggling to find room to practice.

There is strength in numbers but it can be hard to properly practice with 90+ runners and athletes on the team. 

With the first meet being March 24th at Luther, the team has plenty of time to prepare and attempt to narrow down who they want to participate in each race and event.
However, this is a good problem to have. The coaches are extremely grateful to have such a full team and so many athletes ready to compete and run. 

"It's really exciting to have as many athletes as we have out this year. When I began coaching MS track 3 years ago, we had less than 20 athletes. If you would've told me back then that this quickly we would be bursting at the seams it would have been tough to believe! We are excited to see what this year holds for our program!" says Coach Brooks Stephenson.

We are excited to watch our middle school track athletes compete this year and wish our Saints good luck!
