OCS Track and Field Dominates in the Cushing Meet

The OCS Saints track and field team put on a dominant performance at the Cushing Annual Track Meet, securing an impressive third-place overall finish. The Saints showcased their depth and talent across multiple events, earning top finishes in sprints, relays, and field events.

Leading the charge was ATTICUS SAGE, who took first place in the 110m hurdles, setting a new personal best. The boys' and girls' relay teams also delivered standout performances, with the Girls 4x200m relay taking home gold. Meanwhile, ANDREW MATHERLY dominated in the field events, earning a second place podium finish in the pole vault.

"We came there and gave it everything we had today," said sophomore sprinter and thrower JAKE LAWS. "We knew this meet would be tough, but we all stepped up and competed at a high level."

The Saints' strong showing against tough competition reinforces their status as a powerhouse in the region. With several meets remaining in the season, OCS will look to build on this momentum heading into the championship stretch.

The team's next meet is scheduled for April 3rd at Cashion High School, where they'll aim to continue their stellar performances.
