Leading scorer Ava McIntyre played a great game, scoring a total of twenty points. She continues to be a great leader for the team this season. She said, "I am very proud of how our team has grown this year. No matter what we have faced, we keep going together as a team. It is rare that you find this many people that will work together for the same goal. We are constantly striving to play our best and hope that we can keep this up throughout playoffs."

Junior girls basketball player Kynzee Champ also played a pivotal role in the game. She has been on both varsity teams that were able to take down the Knights the past two years. When asked her thoughts, she exclaimed that "our team has worked so hard this season and we have grown so much. During the Crossings game, we gave it our all and relied on each other to encourage and bring energy to the game. We were very thankful for everyone who came out to watch, and we were able to pull out a win with all the energy from the stands!"  

Hopefully, the girls are able to continue this hot streak. They will look to have a great rest of the regular season and a good playoff run. We all wish them the best of luck moving forward.
