Under the setting sun, the OCN Saints baseball team gathered on the field for their evening practice. It was a routine they had come to cherish, but today held a special buzz in the air. Their upcoming game against Perry on April 1st marked their debut in district play, a moment they'd been eagerly awaiting.
"It's time to show Perry what we're made of," declared Spencer Schwandt, the team's star pitcher, his voice was filled with confidence.
Carter Sterling, the seasoned catcher, said. "This game is our chance to make a statement. We're not holding anything back. It's time to let loose."
Luke Stout known for his agility in the outfield, flashed a grin. "Perry better brace themselves because we're coming in hot. We've got the skills, the drive, and the chemistry to come out on top."
