LUKE CROMWELL, representing his OCS Saints in Red and blue, found himself in a whirlwind of competition at the State Boys Tennis Championship, ultimately clinching third place. With Coach Heather White's unwavering support and expertise, Luke navigated the courts with determination and finesse.
In the hot sun, Luke played his heart out, giving his all in every hit and serve. As the game heated up, he could feel the tension rising with each point, fueled by sweat and excitement.
Afterward, Luke Cromwell said, "It felt like a dance out there, every move carefully planned and every shot on target. Coach White really helped me bring out my best. Getting third place means a lot—it's a tribute to all the practice and support from my team. This tournament reminded me why I love tennis and that hard work really does pay off."
This was the last event to end the tennis season and it came out a success and the team is very proud of Luke.
